Standard accessorial rates for LTL freight services. These are non-discounted, non-finalized estimates — formal quotes are available and strongly recommended before booking.

Important: The rates listed on this page are non-discounted, non-finalized estimates and are subject to change based on the applicable fee schedule of the freight carrier executing the pickup and/or delivery.

Final charges may vary due to factors such as fuel surcharges, accessorial fees, and carrier-specific rate adjustments. Additional accessorial charges may apply depending on the nature of the shipment, the pickup or delivery location, and other service requirements.

2. LTL Accessorial Charges

The following accessorial charges apply to Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments. Please review all applicable footnotes before booking.

Rates listed above apply to LTL shipments only. FTL, air freight, and ocean freight pricing is provided on a per-shipment basis. Request a quote for any mode.

Footnotes

1Confirm that all pieces being loaded do not exceed the dimensional and weight maximums of the liftgate unit being used.

2Unless otherwise approved prior to shipping, residential services are performed at the curb of the public street. Drivers and staff are not required to enter the property.

3An appointment is defined as any instance where a location requires a call ahead, or a specific date, time, or window for pickup or delivery.

4Detention begins 15 minutes after the driver arrives at a location and ends once the driver has been released with freight and signed paperwork. If the driver departs without freight, attempt fees may apply in addition to detention charges.

5An attempt is defined as any instance where a pickup or delivery has been arranged but cannot be completed.

6Redelivery charges apply after a failed delivery attempt has been made.

7Lumper fees are charged by warehouses for loading and unloading freight and are entirely at the discretion of the warehouse. All delivery conditions should be negotiated between buyer and seller before dispatching shipments.

8Limited access locations are defined as any location requiring special equipment or circumstances in order to be serviced (e.g. construction sites, schools, prisons, military bases).

9Storage fees apply when freight cannot be delivered and must be held at a carrier facility. Fees accrue per calendar day.

10A blind shipment conceals the shipper and/or consignee identity from one or both parties. Additional coordination is required.

11A Weight & Inspection (W&I) certificate is issued when a carrier physically reweighs and inspects freight. Charges apply if the inspection results in a rate adjustment.
